Frequently Asked Questions

What's a "check interval"?

We ping your endpoint at regular intervals to make sure it's responding. Faster intervals mean you'll know about issues sooner, but they cost more to run.

How does the "smart threshold" work?

Instead of alerting on the first failure, we wait until your endpoint fails multiple times in a row. This eliminates 90%+ of false alarms from temporary network issues.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.

Do you charge per seat for alert recipients?

No. OpsPulse does not charge per seat for alert recipients. Add as many notification contacts as your team needs.

What happens if I exceed my endpoint limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next plan or remove unused endpoints.

Do paid plans ever reduce my monitor capacity?

No. Upgrading with OpsPulse always increases capacity and capabilities — we don't use monitor-count penalties to force bigger jumps.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! Pay annually and get 2 months free (16.67% discount). Contact us to set up annual billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Lemon Squeezy. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
